The Node Editor is built from three sections:

Preview Monitor – Displays the assets selected for the screen and all the node elements. If there is no asset, the monitor will display a placeholder.
Node Elements List – All the elements the node contains.
Element Settings Tabs – Edit the Elements’ Action, Style, and Transform settings.
Menu Layer checkbox – In case you decided to use the Menu Layer feature, you can control whether it will appear on this node.
Design Preset Menu – Save current elements as Preset or apply a different one.

In the Elements List each layer represents an element:

  • The   icon is used to change a button or timer visibility (blue – visible, grey- hidden). Please note then when a button is hidden it’s not only invisible but also becomes un-clickable. Despite that, it can still be chosen as an auto-select choice.
  • The Screen Shot 2015-05-25 at 4.40.02 PM icon locks an element layer, preventing it from being edited, moved, or selected.
  • The  icon allows you to choose which options will be included in the random choice if nothing is selected. When the icon is grey the node can only be reached by choosing it, when blue it’s included in the group from which a node is randomly selected. If only one element has auto-select ON, the viewer will advance to that node at the end of the current one.

Tip! You can scale the Node Editor to your preferable editing size by clicking and dragging the divider bar up and down.
